A Rolo is making par or better on a hole where you took a penalty stroke. Bad Golf App tracks Rolos as junk, fills them in automatically when penalties are tracked, and even hands out a badge for it.
How Rolo works
How it works: Take a penalty stroke on a hole and still make par or better.
Example: Drive into the water on a par 4, take your drop and the penalty, then hit it close and make the putt for par. That's a Rolo.
⚡ Auto-fill: if the round is tracking Penalties (Setup → "Penalties"), this side game marks itself as soon as a penalty and a par-or-better score are both in. You can still tap a player to add or remove it by hand — a manual change sticks.
